I have founded Mindtraining in 2010 and have been working since then as a consultant, trainer, international speaker and coach in personal and organisational development, executive coaching, leadership, DEI, stress reduction, Mindfulness and soft skills. 
I'm a PCC-CPCC professional certified co-active coach, NLP Practitioner and accredited professor of the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program of the Medical School of the University of Massachusetts.
