Passionate about mindfulness for more than 10 years, when I discovered the enormous impact of living in the present moment and how to transfer its benefits to both personal and professional life.  Since then, on the one hand, I have dedicated myself to deepening this practice through training and self-study and, on the other hand, I have accompanied many people within the corporate environment to find greater balance and well-being and have less stress and burnout.

Dionne Beltrao

Born in Venezuela and raised in Spain, I graduated as a Historian from the University of Seville, later specializing in Development Project Management and International Cooperation. This is how my first work experiences came about in Social Projects and Talent Management. In 2018 I specialized in Coaching, Mentoring and Leadership.

I have more than 6 years of experience in the development of Training and Talent projects in the corporate area. Knowing the importance of talent development, I provide mentoring, training, workshops and talks to promote Female Talent and Leadership. I am currently participating in the eighth edition of the GIRA Coca Cola awards for entrepreneurial women and I have two books published "Reaching Infinity" and "Scorpio Ascendant: Dying and Reborn."

Verónica Elena Carmona

As a Yoga and Mindfulness teacher, I’m passionate about guiding people to reconnect with themselves, find balance, and create lasting peace in their lives. Through a blend of mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation, I help people release the weight of stress and anxiety, and instead, embrace a deeper sense of calm and clarity.

My approach is simple but powerful—I focus on the mind-body connection, tailoring each session to the unique needs of the individual. Whether you're looking to strengthen your body, calm your mind, or simply find a moment of peace in your busy day, I’m here to support you on your journey.
