Dr. Prashant Todmal is working as Mindfulness and High -Performance coach to help people to transform their lives and live life to their full potential. In his pursuit of understanding the nature of reality, he studied several sciences including astrophysics, psychology, metaphysics, and spiritual science. He studies different spiritual philosophies which include Tao Te Ching, Bhagavad Gita, Upanishads, Ashtavakra Geeta, and Dhammapad, and practiced various meditation techniques for the past 8 years. It has helped him to transform his own life and want to share his experience with the world so that it can help people to 
transform their life too. His views are scientific, and he has gone into depths of the nature of reality using modern scientific ways as well as ancient spiritual ways. Everything he has learned in the past several years and from his life he is sharing with the world. He is the author of a life transformational book- “Bliss Secrets- Limitless Possibilities of Life”. His mission is to wake up people and get them out of misery and suffering. I am a Greek licensed Psychologist (MSc at the University of Central Lancashire and BSc at the University of East London (qualified member of the British Psychological Society) and Sociologist (BSc at the Panteion University of Athens). Currently working as independent Clinical Psychologist in my office in Glyfada Athens,Greece and as collaborator Psychologist at MAZI MEDICAL CLINIC in Brussels,Belgium (rue Belliard 20).
I am offering psychological counselling sessions for adults, teenagers, couples, patients with  ocd and stress-anxiety management symptoms, athletes, dancers, military personnel and also for caregivers of people with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.
I completed my internship at an organization in Poland (PSONI) where I worked in a school with people with special needs and neuropsychological deficits, so I know the importance of mental support for these people and their families. I also hold a certificate in sports psychology (psychological intervention techniques) from Barcelona’s official team – Barca Innovation Hub Universitas – and an official certificate in the fundamentals of pharmacology from Harvard Medical School (HMX). The psychological approach I work with is CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy. I obtained my certification from the Kapodistrian University of Athens. I have also introduced a scientific method combining yoga postures and classical music to help people with dementia and Alzheimer’s by improving their sensorimotor skills while enabling them to access the physical exercise they need.
I also make home visits to offer certain sessions yoga therapy sensorimotor sessions. All the sessions can be contacted in French/English/Greek/Italian.
