I am a Black queer yoga teacher with a deep commitment to nurturing mental, emotional, and physical well-being through a holistic approach. With a background in Mental Health counseling, my practice integrates the healing power of yoga, mindfulness, and community care to support personal transformation and collective healing.

My teaching is grounded in the belief that wellness is not one-size-fits-all, especially for Black and queer communities navigating unique challenges. I combine gentle, accessible yoga practices with mindfulness techniques to create a safe, affirming space for self-exploration and healing. In my sessions, I prioritize trauma-informed practices that honor each person’s individual experience, offering tools for grounding, self-empowerment, and emotional resilience.

As a mental health counsellor, I bring a nuanced understanding of mental health into my yoga teachings, focusing on the mind-body connection. I believe that true healing comes from integrating mental, physical, and emotional well-being, and I’m passionate about guiding others on their journey toward balance and self-love.
