I help working professionals manage negative emotions by bringing greater awareness into the body and out of the mind. I share my passion for yoga through inspiring
flows and integrated meditations that allow the
body to dance and the mind to still. 
I hope to provide students with tools to empower their
inner compass for greater healing, growth, and
exploration.

I’m a wellness artist! That means my art suffers when I’m not doing well so, I advocate for the two to coexist while helping others tap into their inner child and artistry through movement, meditation and other holistic works.

In 2021 I obtained my 200 hour YTT with Three Sisters Yoga and since then have been working to help expand the minds of the collective through yoga, self-awareness, kindness, and plant medicine.

My practice and classes are often centered around gratitude. Gratitude for self, the land we practice on and our practice itself. I enjoy slow and intentional movement that builds over the class and winds down by closing, leaving you with a sound sense of mind and body.
