Kundalini yoga is a practice and philosophy that will help one reconnect and ignite his/her inspiration, creativity and optimism.  It's about having the energy and clarity to go through life feeling connected and at peace.

As an iRest (integrative restoration) Level 1 Teacher I am trained in the foundational principles and practices of iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation, a modern, evidence-based form of meditation rooted in ancient yogic tradition. I guide participants through practices designed to promote deep relaxation, resilience, and a greater sense of well-being. I am equipped to teach individuals or groups in settings such as yoga studios, healthcare facilities, educational environments, or workplaces. As a Level 1 Teacher, I have completed an initial intensive training and am prepared to lead iRest practices while deepening my own understanding and embodiment of the teachings.
