As a holistic therapist (MA in neuropsychology), craniosacral therapist, herbalist and yoga instructor since a couple of years I have had a lot of luck in gaining insight from different disciplines and gaining awareness and tools in guiding people. I also draw from personal experience and embodiment. Happy to assist where I can and/or transfer through if I feel it is not a fit; you could be helped better with someone else.

Meetings in person are often held in person or online, and divided into a two part process. As sessions can take many different forms, each healing is unique to every person/moment. 

Part one usually explores the energy that is about to unfold from within and ready to surface, through conscious verbalisation and conversation.

In part two you are guided to lay down on the healing table, where you can relax, receive healing and return to yourself. As the energy within is ready to shift back into alignment, a lot of e-motions and thoughts may arise.

​While one session may lead you to release unpleasant thought patterns through mindful processing, another session will guide you through explorative exercises, visualizations, physical movements, guided energy meditations and/or verbalisations.

Most importantly you will be supported to allow yourself to emerge fully and wholy. I will hold a safe container for you that prioritizes your needs and honors your own unique rhythm.

In yoga, I have experience in vinyasa flow and yin yoga.
