As a passionate and seasoned yoga teacher, I guide clients on a holistic journey to wellness through mindful movement and breath work. With a nurturing spirit, I create a supportive space for personal transformation and inner balance. 

In addition, I'm also fully certified as a pilate instructor, nutrition coach; and currently working on the stress management & sleep certification.
