I am a certified, registered yoga teacher with 5 years of professional experience. I received my Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry in 2012. In August, 2018, I completed a 200-hour Yoga teacher training and a 100-hour Yoga teacher training and foundational yoga therapy in 2020. I am passionate about supporting people in pain (physical & mental)  towards healing by connecting to breath, awareness and better movement patterns; as a compliment to their medical advice. 
I am committed to maintaining professional ethics, offering high standard of service and bringing joy to the practice of yoga. I’m currently in training to become a certified Yoga therapist.
