As a registered psychometrician, licensed professional social studies instructor, and holder of Master's degrees in Psychology, Counseling, and Clinical Social Work, my academic foundation provides me with a comprehensive understanding of human behavior and mental health. This knowledge, combined with my personal dedication to mindfulness practice, informs my work as a therapist.

My therapeutic approach is deeply rooted in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (MBCT), Existential and Humanistic Psychotherapy, Expressive Therapies, and Gestalt Psychotherapy. This integrative framework allows me to tailor interventions to each individual's unique needs and challenges. By combining these modalities, I empower clients to develop self-awareness, emotional regulation skills, and cultivate a deeper connection to their present-moment experience.

My commitment to ongoing learning and professional development is reflected in my participation in various mindfulness trainings and workshops. I have had the privilege of learning from renowned teachers such as Tara Brach, Andy Puddicombe, Chad Lawson, Michael Galyon, and Thich Nhat Hanh, whose teachings have profoundly influenced my personal and professional practice.

As a mindfulness meditation teacher, I’m passionate about helping people pursue their deepest intentions and embody their highest expressions even in the face of the trials and tribulations of life. I use approaches that are rooted in the Vipassanā, Yoga and Zen traditions; that are centered on the body and sensitive to trauma; and that are informed and inspired by clinical psychology and psychotherapy. I do my work in this area by leading meditations, facilitating workshops and mentoring groups.
